  2. Select "See your member offers"
  3. We will then automatically redirect you to Arp-hansen.dk, where you will be presented with the offers for all the hotels

How to book your free nights

Each time you stay at one of our hotels, you earn points that you can use for free nights. When you book your stays directly on our websites, you will actually have earned enough points for a free night after only 5 nights!

We will always do our best to accommodate your wishes when you book using points, but please note that your preferred dates may be unavailable due to sold-out days or general high occupancy.

Free night rates:

  • Standard room incl. breakfast – 5,000 points
  • Superior room incl. breakfast – 10,000 points
  • Executive room incl. breakfast – 15,000 points

It is not possible to use earned points to upgrade the room type for paid reservations.

How to book your free nights

  1. To book a free night, please contact the desired hotel directly by email or phone

Read your membership terms

Claim missing points after your stay

If you were a member at the time of your stay, you can request missing points up to 6 months after your stay has ended. Hotel stays booked through online travel agencies are not considered eligible for earning points.

Please fill out the form below to request missing points. You can submit information for up to 2 stays at a time.

Register points after stay

Cancellation of membership

After cancelling your membership, your member profile, earned points, and personal data will be permanently deleted. You will also lose access to your member benefits, including any earned bonus nights or special offers.

If you later decide that you would like to become a member again, you are of course always welcome to sign up once more.
