Following a full renovation of the restaurant and kitchen, Tina and Eric Vildgaard opened Jordnær at Gentofte Hotel in 2017. Eric – formerly a chef at places like NOMA – is behind the uncompromising, Nordic, and sustainable cuisine, while Tina ensures a warm and personal experience in the dining room.

Today, Jordnær is one of the country’s most sought-after dining destinations, and we highly recommend booking well in advance.
